Ostinati
Our lesson plans using ostinati will help your classroom sparkle! In each lesson plan, we provide the song melody and text. We also provide the ostinato patterns and in some plans, we add non-pitched percussion, too. Make your lesson more creative by having the students improvise their own accompanying rhythmic patterns on non-pitched percussion. Go a step further and have the students improvise their own ostinati with the pitches we used on our patterns.
