Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important, so you can trust that we will not share any personally identifiable information with anyone for any reason without your expressed permission. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. We recommend that children under the age of 16 do not fill out any personal information, on ours, or any other website without first receiving approval from a parent or guardian.

How Your Information is Used?

You will create a personal account when first purchasing/creating a membership with ChimeWorks. Through this account, you will provide and we will capture certain types of information such as address, shipping and billing, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. Without doing this, your membership cannot be activated nor can we ship and/or bill you. You may receive an email or a phone call if there is any trouble processing your order. When applicable we may use various shipping companies to deliver your order, and a credit card processing company to bill you for the products you purchase. These companies do not retain, share, store nor use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to any third party that is not involved with shipping or billing for your order.

Correcting & Updating Your Information

If your personally identifiable information needs to be corrected or updated, it can be done by accessing “Account Info” and clicking on “My Profile.”

Security

We take every precaution to protect your privacy. When you submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected. Your account information and order history is stored on a server behind a firewall. All transaction information is processed through encrypted channels. When information such as a credit card number is required, SSL 256 bit encryption is used. Seeing the protocol “https” in the address and a padlock in the status bar of your browser assures you that we are ChimeWorks and that we are employing SSL security.
