Arranger Patricia Hurlbutt effectively captures the dance-like quality of the 16th century tune, GELOBT SEI GOTT.  In addition to expressing the triumph of Easter, encourage ringers to create a lightness and buoyancy by observing the strong downbeat and lighter upbeats of the triple meter. Marts are prominent in the middle section which leads to a key change and a grand final stanza.
